Our mission is to mitigate the environmental and economic impacts of energy use. Our principals have developed clean energy projects and created centers of energy efficiency around the world.

Our current focus is China. Transition Energy in 2007 closed on financing for a Chinese clean energy joint venture, Dalian East Energy Development, Ltd. (DEED), which builds, owns, and operates waste heat recovery power plants for the cement and metallurgical sectors. We retain an ownership interest and an advisory role in DEED operations.
